Greed has always been a "cool" guy. He is greedy as hell, and he considers than the best way to keep his "live" possessions is to be nice to them. He is also ready to negociate when he's got nothing to lose. Give informations in exchange of something else is something he's willing to do because he can't "lose" information.
Greed is the opposite of the misguided villain, who does bad things but intend well. Greed does good things but out of absolutely selfish intents.
