I think the manga is alright, but i do wish there some kinda of explanation for things like the Einherjers, Witch Hunters (isn't that what the military does anyway?) etc. Agree about the fanservice, I don't mind it normally, but its pretty really overdone in the manga for the kinda of gritty story it's trying to go for.

Well back to guns, in novel they're described to be looking more like huge flintguns decorated with asian dragons... in manga they're just huge modern guns, might as well call them huge magnums. Which doesn't make sense as these weapons were made roughly in 18th century.
