While Haruki looks cool dressed like that for the concert, it feels wrong for some reason. Wasn't the only reason that Yuki and Haruhi were in costumes is becaues they didn't have time to change from what they were doing before the concert? Yuki was fortune telling and Haruhi was trying to give people SOS fliers in her bunny suit again. Yuuki looks about right I suppose, but Haruki looks wrong for distributing fliers.
