I read that in the 70s it is estimated that 3/4th of the Japanese population watched "A Dog of Flanders". The highest rating ever. I guess some of the 70s show must have reached a little lower ratings.First officially recorded though is Chibi Maruko chan with 40 %. Touch is second with 34 % or is there another series? What Dragon Ball.....
