About the QBR anime, it seems it was announced in the HJ magazine that it'll start on April. And I hadn't noticed, but since they resumed, the new Illustrated Stories belong to a 3rd volume called "Decisive Battle", so it's quite probable that the Rebellion story will end before the anime starts.
