For me Otome no Policy from 90's Sailor Moon is everything!!!
Also, a few weeks ago I undusted my NANA CD collection and Anna Tsuchiya is just absolutely amazing, so I do recommend all of the NANA inpo materials that came out from the anime's soundtrack, I particularly love "Kuroi Namida" is an amazing song!
