Perhaps they wanted to advertise that Do could made a commercial? It's not strange for the subcontractor to hype up something they're making from scratch even if it's a small 30s commercial. Given that it has the same intro/catchphrase that all the CMs have (and
Tamako Market didn't have), it's just a CM and nothing more. ANN is clueless when it comes to KyoAni (see the description for
Chuunibyou's announcement for example #1).
