Get used to it. Natsuru will catch Shizuku's eye, and she will constantly toy with him/her in the future. However, to her credit, at least she's interested primarily in his male form and she shows at least some degree of restraint for a while. I found it much more disturbing what happened when female Natsuru was released to the claws of the girls in the female part of the school *lol*.
