I've read some of the source webnovel, but this isn't one of the titles I'd expect for an anime.
(still crossing fingers for Isekai Mahou wa Okutereru)

I'm just more surprised the announcement wasn't made months earlier, like the announcements for Knights & Magic, and Isekai Izakaya Nobu.
