Been thinking about that. If they truly are making SC2 at the moment, I think they would incorporate elements of the story of the now defunct SC Ghost, since the latter game was supposed to take place after Brood War.

After the initial shock of the report, I'm still hoping that it IS SC2, and not Diablo III (despite my love of every game Blizzard). May 19 seems like a very very long way away to waiting for a confirmation.
