don't get me wrong, i think Suzaku (some of him at least) makes the show more interesting, but the show itself has plenty of potential without just that friend versus friend on opposite sides card. Someone was just suggesting the show wouldn't be interesting at all without Suzaku.
Looking at the OP, it seems Suzaku got a lot more screentime in this version.
