Can't help you with the Lulu scan, not enough kanji. And anyway it is just a promotion for the Code Geass Pachinko game machine. So no story.

I actually expect most of the Akito crew to survive, because I expect one of them to get a Geass power at some point. They might be sent on suicidal missions, but a little superpower at the right time can work miracles, as Lulu proved.
