I got rather confused about that too, but seeing that immediately before that scene the 'camera' was showing Lawrence, and he did some sort of groan, I think the cuddling was what Lawrence
truly wanted to do, but he's too embarassed to do it. But Horo giving that haughty look afterwards really does make it confusing.
In fact, various bits of dialogue in this episode were confusing. I watch the show with Frostii's subs, but since the dialog was so odd I thought that maybe the Frostii translator was having a bad day, and decided to d/l Mazui's and see if they would enlighten me. No luck, they didn't help much either. So I guess the translators aren't to blame here. And I can't check the novel dialogue since it isn't translated yet. Darn!
