Let me sum up for ya.

Spoiler for Summary...I don't want to spoil the fun too much in case you watch it later so I'll keep it brief.:

Abe were explaining about situation while running off to port. Upon their arrival, the port was crowed as hell so Abe suggested to regroup in inn which Lawrence agreed to do so.

After parting, Horo asked Lawrence if he hid something realizing how dangerous this deal is. Lawrence thought about salt statues and tried to avoid subjects by bringing up discussion how they'll be apart from each other in either ends. He tried to make Horo angry to lessen their bitter farewell or rather convincing Horo to stop this deal. But Horo caught with him and said she would remember him as calculating cool-head merchant. And they went to a shop.

In the shop, Lawrence traded Horo for 60 gold coins (as temporary deal though).She asked if she will get special wine after the deal is over and Lawrence promised her he'll come back as successful merchant (with special wine of course). Upon door closing, Lawrence realize he's losing something and feel uneasy about this deal while heading to inn.

At the inn, Lawrence met Abe and managed to blow off her cover. Abe realized Lawrence wouldn't tag along him her anymore so she tried to shut him off (I don't get it why he decided to do this himself just to prove Horo's resolve. He might get killed with this.). Lawrence countered her strike and suggested her that killing him wouldn't do to make this deal successful and gave her some lecture about her greed. However, her response caught Lawrence off guard and she smacked him down and the game fell to her side. She told Lawrence why she did this eventhough she's fully aware of her situation. It's because she's hoping for and knocked Lawrence down.

The scene cut to another merchant waking up Lawrence who's lying around there. He woke up and realized his failure (yeah and now you lose both of your dreams thanks to your stupidity). However, he found a scroll lying around him and that's his life saver from inn owner given by Abe before she went away with money she robbed from Lawrence. Now Lawrence's fully aware what he should hope for.

Again in the shop where Horo is sitting. I guess she told anyone not to come in until the deal is over because she said she told them not to come in and it appeared to be Lawrence instead. Seeing Lawrence in this room could be only one possibility that the deal didn't go as planned. Her tail was growing and growing as her fury. She asked Lawrence if he went back on the contract and he said no. He just lost it all but he can still be calm because he got something that can buy Horo back safe and sound. And then.....I'd rather not to sum the rest just to spoil to fun you should experience first hand.

P.S. Poor Lawrence getting pwned by 2 girls in one episode sucks. Getting scratches on his left cheek everytime in last episode sucks. No Horo transforming to wolf form in this season sucks. So they have to make SS3!
