If you have a compatible model of PSP, you can get either an external component or composite cable, then plug the machine into a larger TV.
The resulting game play is bordered, though other PSP functions are fullscreen.
Game-wise, I tried it most recently with Fate/Extra (I have the component cable output for my PSP-2000). The sound in particular was great coming out of the TV!
