What did you expect? They have been working together for maybe 1 week, with no really serious fight up to this one.

Seems that Cruz and co. are cornered by the end of the chapter. Theres basically no one left who can stand up to the villain with the rain ability. This screams for Aruka to appear in next chapter since her ability could instantly vaporise water.

Frankly, after Aruka dismissed herself from the scene, it seems really unlikely the author would summon her back in this fight. Right now, she
might be interested in giving Cruz and Co a escape chance, but probably not an all out betrayal of Simeon...
Anyway, it is not really clear Aruka's ability will necessarily be a winner against Hatfield, though the fact she's overall a better fighter than the Killer Girls might be the vital factor since Hatfield wasn't THAT superior at least so far - he was surprised several times and from the looks of it if Setsuna and Kuchinashi were working with Mio they could have taken him with the correct actions. Aruka is IIRC mostly an impact type. If Hatfield shoots her with his "Rain Laser", she will probably vaporize any of the "laser" beams she touches, but that won't affect most of the beams. Her body can be somewhat heated as well but it is not clear whether she can vaporize the waterjet so fast.
Besides, the last minute reinforcement thing is real old...
