We still don't know much about L-Elf's motivation, but it's related to Lisolette. Whatever his true motivation is it's probably pretty damn important to him that he'll agree to the 50/50 deal with Haruto since L-Elf isn't a 50/50 guy lol. But I think that over time protecting Module 77 will be part of it because of Shoko (or maybe this is my shipper talking now lol)
