The Mami romance chain looks okay if but, I'm feeling that it is moving too fast. But, you've already discussed that Mami is a very smooth operator when she wants too. Still, I would reject Mami's offer its only the first date after all.
And then, Hitomi died as expected and Sayaka became a magical girl. Sigh...
And finally we're in my chosen route - The Mami Friendship route...
Wow... I feel really conflicted with all the choices presented here. Well let's start with the easiest one in my opinion is whether we should be thanking Homura.

My pick is choice A of course. Is it me or Homura being very transparent? Not that anyone will notice unless they're beyond space and time though.
Its also quite interesting that Sayaka thanked Homura first which is an interesting development no matter how grudgingly Sayaka did it. And if I'm interpreting it right is why Homura is disappointed in Choice B when Madoka just greeted her just like a stranger in Choice B.
I think its a testament to your writing skills but, when you put read the result of Choice A or Choice B it seems to me that Homura wants to be thanked or perhaps its more like Homura wants any affirmations that Madoka does not think of her as a stranger which considering her past is understandable.
And now that is out of the way we move on to the harder choices. Btw, if HS mean Homura-Sayaka route, then MFS meant Madoka-Friendship-Sayaka route?

Choice B results automatically in making Sayaka a magical girl. Choice A, on the other hand, results in the Sayaka romance route. Grrr....
I really want to stop Sayaka from being a magical girl so it seemed like choice A is the one to pick. But, Choice A leads to a Sayaka romance route which has a harder choice.
I have a feeling that rejecting Sayaka would lead the other to contracting as a puella magi. On the other hand accepting Sayaka's feelings will lead to her not contracting for Kamijou and not being depressed when Hitomi inevitably makes her move. It seems like a clear choice here, but I'm really worried about the long term effects of a romance with Sayaka. A Madoka-Sayaka romance wherein Sayaka is not an MS actually looks good though I'm really worried about the line
don't think it's worth the family problems I might cause Sayaka if I accept her confession. Implying that Sayaka's parent will not appreciate their daughter liking another girl.
Darn, its too early in the morning to think about this I'm making a pass in this choice for now
