I did post a thread before about the theory of the Vampire War, which is Vol. 16, although the wait can be a bit painful but I've got to endure it.

Stopping the war, no, more like interfering the war is a risky move to make. Think about the consequence of if the Gremory Group does something that violates the “peace treaty” from the Carmilla faction. Unless, they can find a loop in the treaty, then it’s a different story.

Since Rias, along with Kiba, the body guard, and Azazel are going to Romania in the end of Vol. 14. If, hypothetically, something happens to Rias and the others (it’s not that I doubt their strengths with just three people) I think that would be their “loop” in the treaty to interfere the war to save the Rias’ group. Also, from what I’ve read about the Tepes Faction, they have become immortals without their weaknesses. I presume that the power of [Sephiroth’s Grail] is still incomplete since the owner of the Longinus is presumably being held prisoner by the Tepes Faction and forced her to do their bidding. Thus, she hasn’t grasped the power of the grail but the incomplete ability it shows seems to be quite powerful. It’s a tough cookie to crack.

Okay, if they’re going to do this then Gremory Group will not be enough for the job. They’ll have to team up with Sona’s team and, if possible, Sairaorg’s team as well. They’re basically fighting two factions at the same time doing the rescue mission. I’d say this war is hard to end without any bloodbath to spread all over the battlefield. Oppai Dragon and his Lively Companions are to fight their way to the Tepes territory and somehow deactivate the effects of [Sephiroth’s Grail]. But something is bothering me, since the two sides are to choose true ancestor male & female Vampires as their leader, then Ise will most like to engage battle with the true ancestor of the male. And then, the theory, Ise will have a new power to display in order to defeat.

I think Gasper’s power is like “Darkness” itself in hybrid form but its hidden deeply in his existence. Just like what happened to the despaired George, whose magic were swallowed up. Then it’s simply “Darkness”, a pitch-black environment that engulfed George. I was damn surprised for him to survive through all that though. But he did lose his arm, an eye, and black colored leg.

There might be a chance that Gasper's power will go out of control or the"Darkness" has taken over his body. This is where something will happen that will trigger a new miracle of Oppai Dragon.

Spoiler for Why the Loli-form Vampire again and her annoying pride, shenanigans::

To be honest, I was expecting a grown up woman but still why did they stuck with the Loli appearance? Not that I don’t like about it but I was expecting the former. I really do hate the way she speaks. They have serious issues of looking down on other creatures and especially that ridiculous amount of pride of hers is infuriating.

And the way she speaks to Ise is too much for me to hold it in! Tell me, is there a vampire that successfully defeated a Dragon in the past? The answer is obvious, there is none! For her to speak Ise is like that is naïve! Ise is much more dangerous, if provoked, than her in terms of power and existence. He’s much more of an “immortal” than Vampires because of his body.

Spoiler for Ise is Gasper's friend. That's the bottom line!:

Ise is only asking for Gasper’s safety to Elmen, not as a Vampire but because he’s his junior and friend. That’s what matters to him! There's no need for qualifications or such! Being his friend is enough reason to protect Gasper. And here she has the galls to say bad things to Gasper in front of him. They’re lucky that they’re understanding bunch, if they weren’t, then it’s a whole different story.
