I'll edit my old choices a bit.
Vita from Nanoha A's. Kinda punkish but I wouldn't really worry about her much.
Apricot from Galaxy Angel 2 (figuring upcoming series are also allowed) mainly because by default she'd come with Milfy. And I think she said somewhere in the game that she wasn't afraid of her father, so I assume brothers are cool too.
Arisu from Alice Rondo would be cool too because of her maturity level and she seems a lot like the type that I could go a while without seeing, then meet with and catch up with and share some laughs.
And for the record I have one older brother and no sisters irl. I tended to pick more maturish people (well, not totaly mental and physical kids) because I myself am older and wouldn't want to have to babysit them.
