And Mami's attacks have a semi-techno aesthetic as it is, but her theme still works perfectly fine for her. And so I think it works fine in the mash-up video that I made.

Muskets are pretty primitive weaponry. Not
nearly techno like the Vividred girls. (or the Nanoha cast) Mami's weapons wouldn't look too out of place in a purely fantasy setting. And if any character is Mami on steroids, with fighting style, it would be Kamen Rider Zolda. His fighting style is that he uses a gun to summon more guns, and he has a mechanical minotaur entirely made of guns. That and his wish was to not die, like Mami's, except taken to its logical extreme since he wanted to live forever. But, he's from a live-action show, not an anime.
VividYellow just isn't "gunsgunsguns (and/or ribbons)" enough to really say "Mami" for me. Not unless I really need to see Mami anywhere.
