Considering how OnLive has been nothing but hot air up till now, I'm not inclined to believe him. If it was possible to do what he says, you can bet your ass the mobile network providers would be all over it, because all of them are hurting for spectrum. AT&T is planning to spend forty billion dollars to buy T-Mobile USA, just so they can re-purpose UMTS Band IV for their LTE rollout. If they could do that with the spectrum they have, they wouldn't be spending that kind of cash buying Deutsche Telekom's redheaded American stepchild.
