I took that line more as her wondering if he lied about his age...but maybe it's because I'm not thinking too much into it like you are?
Anyway this episode really did melt my heart. Dear little Yui so cute and innocent it would be really sad if something happened to her...OMG someone please tell me nothing happens to her!?
