This. The past changed because Suzuha crashed the time machine. She crashed it because it wasn't as sophisticated or whatever compared to the beta line, and that's because of SERN's influence in the future. That's because of the DMail being noticed/captured, not because Daru saw it a few days earlier than it was sent.
