The fact that Hayate called her mask in which she used to pay off his debt weird and she being a otaku got pissed and told him to pay it all off. Originally i remember she was saying that it was a gift and that he didn't have to pay it back...

So if Hayate does start dating Hina, maybe Nagi will realise that Hayate deserves to be happy and lets him go.
