No way... Origins focuses A LOT on Sayla and Char's relationship, so much that they are practically the main characters for much of the manga. So they definitely need to recast her for all the new dialogue.
The only reasons why they haven't replaced Suzuoki in SRW yet are that 1) they don't need to, each SRW game basically uses the same lines, and 2) they are waiting for Sunrise to make the change officially.
