I think what likely happens, is they go the "Cliche Shonen Battle" (TM) route and Ryuho wins, but Yuna manages to prove something about herself and her "grrl power" and ultimately makes him really nervous and the match incredibly close, but Ryuho's overall ability to just barely give him the edge he needs to win.
This way both characters make some progress, but it's not entirely hard to believe the result. Either this happens or the suggestion Albafica made where the fight gets stopped and there's a no contest declared.

The tournament is definitely getting interrupted, but I don't think it will be during the Yuna vs Ryuho. Either way, I just don't see Ryuho winning because it really adds nothing to the show from a narrative standpoint. What would be the purpose of having the character everyone in the show is saying is going to win win? The story doesn't benefit at all from it. The only interesting plot point that would come out of it is a potential rematch with Kouga, but the magazine episode synopses flat out say that Kouga is getting disqualified from the tournament because he is missing his match with Eden due to getting entangled with the fake Athena and the Martian infiltrator. Yuna has the whole "mysterious backstory" going on, too. If they don't reveal Yuna's backstory during the fight, it would be really odd for her to lose and if they reveal Yuna's backstory during the battle it would be very anticlimatic if she doesn't get the win. I mean, making Ryuho "barely win" wouldn't be seen as a particularly big accomplishment considering Kouga already had him half-dead during their match in episode 4.
