As a reminder: spoiler tags are not a mandatory regarding information from raw. It is just a token of courtesy that people used for a while, and became "for granted" at some point.
However, that's not a rule, and as long it is the content of the said episode, spoiler tag or not, it is fine, although not really considerate. Thus you must expect that kind of comment in the said dedicated thread, so whoever who wait for the subs shouldn't waltz in the latest episode thread.
