Ummm....Dragonball GT? And Beyblade? Those shows suck.
Don't take it personally, but I'm guessing you haven't seen that much anime yet. There are way, way better anime out there in those genres, for example:
Flame Of Recca
Yu Yu Hakusho
Hunter x Hunter
Grappler Baki
Hajime no Ippo
Berserk
Rurouni Kenshin
etc...
