This seems to be a typical Gundam "love triangle" though (well, more like relationship triangle)... Where the two girlfriends/reverse crushes/Newtype soulmates/shipping candidates for the main character never meet or met but rarely/never talk, and jealousy is never elaborated upon...
Refer to Four/Fa, Aina/Kikki, Lacus/Flay, Lunamaria/Stellar, Marina/Feldt, etc....
So I don't expect anything to blow up here.
