Yes, in the VN, where Eva-Beatrice let out huge amounts of red text in relation to Nanjo's murder in EP3, she formed a web of red truth, which was sadly omitted. Should have been in episode 18.The spider thing might also have something to do with Eva changing Rosa to a butterfly which got eaten by a spider. Which should have been in episode 15.

Spoiler for EP6 Dawn of the golden witch:

In EP6 Eva-Beatrice also uses a red web to catch and throw George around in the manner of Eva's Meta Super and some others in the fighting game.
