I will leave to someone else to translate the pv word by word, as this one is difficult to me, but to give an idea:
It says fans expect senbatsu members to become successors. Yuuko who had a premonition of Acchan 14th on Nagisa and Chieri is trying to be certain about the two radiance. And in the end it says there is a commotion with the succession kirara as they reflect the figure of new successors.
