Do you mind if I commented a little on some jarring details from this wallpaper? Look a bit at the sides of The Joker, there's some red and blue outlines left from the previous background. Those look quite messy when stared at full size. I think you should either find a way to blend him better in, or play with those colours around him, add him a blue/red solid shadow/stroke/something. It might also work better if the background went more towards dark purple
or The Joker was made pinker.
Other than that, I like the composition with the solid crossed line there.
