Scenario 1: There was a girl's manga with similar title. It was about maou falling for yuusha. From one forum, a person complained that he/she that a bookstore clerk was given him/her weird look. Judging by the title, the bookstore clerk was thinking the customer was reading a yaoi manga. However, the maou of the manga was a girl.

Scenario 2: He may think this show is something like Words Worth.

Back to topic:
It's not quite forbidden. The demons in this show looks more like humans than some humans. Later, they will show some demons as if they are from fairy tales.
