It's a bootleg, I'm sorry to tell you. The real deal costs about 2.5 times that. I saw that in a local store myself. I already had the genuine article by then, so I could tell something was wrong with that one.
You can compare yours to mine in post #781 here. Other than the differing details, look at the base. On the genuine base, the color becomes clear towards the center of the base. This is more visible on the Homura and Mami bases than the others in those photos. The bootlegs I've seen, and yours, have an even color on the base. Heck, I saw 2 bootleg Madokas in that store and their bases were of a different color from each other!
There's also a property copyright line printed on the underside of the base. "Magica Quartet / Madoka Partners - Aniplex - MBS"
