No SSJ3, no SSJ God (though he showed it in manga), no SSJB+ kaioken (sadly he didnt train under kaioshin), and no UI. Yeah, he certainly needed a new form for a long time.

Guess his pride as a saiyan finally hit its limit.
Even if he wont be beating Jiren since that would be Goku's job I still hope Vegeta remains in the arena till the end.
