Oro: I stole the First Hokage stem cells....and created a baby clone that maybe work....could work...needs further studies...ohh and 99 failed baby bod...experiments.
Sandaime: Ok Oro...good job...how about you Danzou??
Danzou: I made plans to stabilize the Hidden Rain Village, add it as an ally, and help us set a buffer zone against the Rock and the Sand.
Sandaime: Ohh that's great!! In fact I just received the report of that mission....the Anbu army we sent was whipped out.....Hanzou lost a whole army and is having heavy internal resistance...Rock and Sand ninjas are infiltrating the land of Fire...and a Rinnengan user killed half of the Recon Squad...
Sandaime: Well, you have heard the facts. Time to vote.

Sandaime: X.x That was fast...and the results are:....well, it is unanimous....I go as hokage for another 8 years.
