As a general rule, Weekly episode thread are created within the 24 hours prior the said airing time.
It actually depend on moderator's whim etc
Usually, it is kinda 10 hours prior the ep for Gundam, but in most other case, it is more or less full 24 hours before the said episode. (In the end, it is still quite late compared to when I usually post for weekly episode thread, but in Gundam case, it is early, yes).
Considering that it is also the last episode of Season 1, I felt that it would be practical for you all to discuss on your expectations here a little earlier than usual
