Oh well, finished reading the last released chapter (180th) of
Kimi no iru machi and i wanted to inform you that i really liked it (oh well, it was kinda obvious that i liked it, since it hooked me up for 180 fucking chapters worth 2 days of reading). I was also happy that
Spoiler for much spoilers and opinions:
i was also happy that the 180th chapter didn't leave any important things hanging up, and so i won't get depressed if the next chapter hasn't been released yet.
My thoughts didn't change: before Yuzuki got a new boyfriend, i was seriously rooting for her and hoped all the way she would have been the main heroine; it actually turned to be that way, and i was very happy, but their relationship surely had to go through a loads of hardships; anyways, what really started my hatred towards her was when she got a new boyfriend (even tho he was a nice guy, whatever). Also, the fact that we don't really know if Yuzuki would have chosen Kyosuke over Haruto (Because the former actually died) really angered me.
If it were the girl i loved, i'd probably get to hate her if she was taken away by someone else, even if afterwards she'd get back to me; i just can't forgive (Oh well, not a problem, i'm not Jesus afterall). The only thing i was sad about is that i really rooted for her, before she got back to Tokyo, and i really hoped that the boyfriend thingie was just an excuse, but when i found out it was true, and that her boyfriend was Kyosuke, she definitely got on my nerves: Haruto worked so hard to keep their relationship alive even at a long distance, yet she found easier to break up and eventually get together with another guy, moreover out of sympathy (out of sympathy... right... that's what i hope, because if she really loved Kyosuke, that would be even more awkward). Also, since i don't feel pity, the fact that she did such thing out of sympathy already sets me off: YES, whether she did it out of sympathy or not, i'd have hated her anyways. She just hadn't to.
Oh well, after having raged at Yuzuki, here some blames on Haruto: seriously, why all the protagonists tend to be so... PURE? It's taken to the point that it's sick: ok, you don't want to force your girlfriend(that imo would like it), but you can't be that... don't you just find it so frustrating? That's why i really liked Kurosawa of Onani Master.
Whatever, my opinion didn't change: Akari and Asuka are still my favorite, and to be honest, i also like Rin for being provocative and always making things spicy and interesting; if it wasn't for her, this title would probably be 63% less interesting. Ah ye, i hope we're going to see Akari's route: she's also hell hot, careless whether she's naked or not, and has a good bond with Haruto: that's the kind of heroine i tend to prefer, and that's how Yuzuki once was.
Btw, does the author of
Suzuka and
Kimi no iru machi have some kind of fetish when it comes to short haired girls? Just wondering...
Oh well, i would be pleased if you could suggest me something like this, since i'm the mood for romances (not stories with a side romance, but a mainly romance story, just like Kimi no iru machi). Thank you for suggesting me this title, it didn't bore me one single moment, and i was amazed how the author managed to introduce so many girls in the story. Together with Onani Master Kurosawa, and Mirai Nikki, this is the 3rd best title i've read (Probably i found it more appealing than MN, to be honest). The 1st winner remains OMK, since i loved the protagonist and how he got developed.
I'll wait for an answer, before starting a new title; oh, and be sure that it's actually finished(Sensen spike hills, and two other titles that Tolido suggested are still being published and therefore not finished; yes, they were enjoyable, but i'll most likely lose trace of them on the long run, and that's a pity). It was just a case that i finished reading
Kimi no iru machi when there weren't any seriously interesting things coming afterwards.
