Not really...so much of the caster Mail available from quests doesn't have Stamina or mp5, including the Leatherworking pieces. You end up being very soft if you wear it. I actually offered to respec Elemental to some groups and they still turned me down, claiming it was Resto or nothing...*sigh*.
Aren't Dual Specs only available at 80 and for a 1k gold price?
