Ok, so Phase 3 was already released on episode 7.. Not that different from Phase 2, but acceptable.

Spoiler for Theory:

Since the main villain is Yakumo's said father, the lady could be Yakumo's said mother? He seemed to know her from his reactions, and nothing but surprised with all these strange words coming from her mouth. The motherly, and fatherly love that works together to bring Yakumo to darkness? If thats not the case, then it could be that she might be his sister?
