Pell surviving...I can somewhat forgive. He at least had a Devil Fruit and those things can be damn near magical at times (or at least more magical than they already are
). Pagaya, though...he had nothing but a funny mustache and squinty eyes. There is no way he should have survived (that we know of at least), and really no reason for him to have survived (considering his daughter seemingly got over his death almost immediatly). I can partially forgive Pell, but never that old bastard Pagaya.
