I assume he means the story previews at
geass.jp. The second episode seems to be Suzaku's, the third Karen's (second chapter?), fourth cape crusader's etc.
I like to think of the political setting as just that, a premise. Whether or not they're trying to send a message (and if they are, which it would seem, it's certainly not very subtle) is irrelevant to me, I'm here for the ride and I expect my nuts to tingle in excitement during it.
