It might show the battles around Moscow, but it probably won't be the Barbarossa ones. The film itself will take place in early 1942, so it'd be the Soviet counteroffensive. This makes it even more interesting since it's a period that I've never seen in
fiction, much less anime. Everything I've seen/read either ends in December 1941 or earlier, or starts with the German summer offensive of 1942 or after.
