There are no
final Volume known so far. Only thing we know is that Alicization is going all the way to Volume 15, there's still no mention of Volume 15 being the last Volume. So if you really want to wait until the very last volume, well good luck since it's going to take at least roughly 2 years to reach Vol.15.
