or
- The girl doesn't have anything to do with Dr. Scaglietti, but was detected by a Drone, triggering her awakening (assuming she was in that life-capsule)
One of them has to be right...

You have to put into consideration WHY was she even holding 2 relics...?
If she's sent by Scaglietti I don't think he would risk one, let alone TWO relics...
Unless of course, the whole going after relics thingy is just a cover.
