Flandre is the younger sister of Lily (both are Ocs in my new fic, Red Rain). Flandre of Red Rain is based on the original Flandre from TH.
AKA
- She is a genki girl that is obsessed with her Onii-sama, goes yandere against her rivals with the only exception which is Lily.
- She will be getting an IS, which specialise in massive destruction (lots of cannons)
