^Even though the game doesn't have harem route but if the anime is only 1 cour making it impossible to be an omnibus (2 episodes for each heroines isn't likely, is it?), I suspect they'll modify the story so it will be harem-ish
But it's probably go to Haruka end, with her being the cover girl and all >.>

Tomoe is actually
listed as main character on the official site, but yeah she is not the default 6 heroines but one of three hidden heroines along with Kanon and Momoko. Those two were listed as sub-characters though.
And aside from those 9 selectable heroines, there are 2 more girls which have their own story and ending,
Narita Ruu and
Uchida Yuuko.
