There are some weird dates (Yuru Camp starts in April but ends in March), but this should be pretty comprehensive. I excluded movies but included series, OVA, TV specials, and web releases.
I could be cajoled into making something like felix's script to generate entries using this list as the basis. But if we're only going to get a few dozen voters, I'm not sure how motivated I am.
UPDATE:
I transferred the data from AniDB to an ODF spreadsheet and cleaned up the dates. It's available at

It should be readable by any spreadsheet software.
I'll drop this into an online DB and will play with it in the days ahead.
I can see some shows are missing like GeGeGe no Kitarou (2018).
