XII looks like a REALLY shitty story. It seriously looks like some generic medieval anime to me gone CG. The characters look blech. Yuna > Ashe by a landslide, Cloud > Tidus >>>> Vahn.

Frankly I think 12 is gonna go the way of 8 and 9 in that it'll be ho-hum. It seems the first FF release for any system is breathtaking, and the ones afterwards are made of letdown and suck.

Yes, I know it's too early to judge XII, but it really does not look that appealing.

13 on the other hand...a Yuna type girl with the intensity of Tifa? YES PLEASE. Looks like the combination of everything good about VII and X in one package with a HELL OF A LOT BETTER GRAPHICS.
